Here’s how CareerReady works:

• Level One: Work with your advisor to build a resume and LinkedIn profile. Begin mapping out the next three years.
• Level Two: Go on career immersion trips to meet with prospective employers. Work with your advisor to connect with alumni for career advice.
• Level Three: With your advisor, find an internship and connect with alumni for job shadowing and informational interviews.
• Level Four: Refine your resume and cover letter. Attend on-campus interviews or job fairs.

With CareerReady, you’ll work closely with your advising team to achieve key professional readiness milestones, such as resumes or interviews, and you’ll graduate with a professional edge for workplace or graduate school.
