For clients working with Drs. Kapuscinski or Antshel, please call (315) 443-3231 if you are experiencing a mental health emergency outside of regular business hours.
Psychological Services Center does not provide 24-hour emergency coverage. In the event that you are in need of urgent care, please use one of the resources listed below:
If you are a Syracuse University student you can go to the Barnes Center at the Arch Monday through Saturday from 8:30am-5pm. The Center also provides 24-hour crisis services by phone at (315) 443-8000.
If you are not a Syracuse University student, you can seek emergency services at the hospital nearest to you:

- University Hospital: (315) 464-4836 (750 East Adams St)
- Crouse Irving-Memorial Hospital: (315) 470-7111 (736 Irving Ave)
Additionally, the local 24-hour crisis hotline (Contact), which is an anonymous phone counseling service staffed by trained volunteers, can be reached at (315) 251-0600, or by calling the National Suicide Prevention Hotline at 1-800-273-TALK.
