Congratulations to Sarah Poisner for winning the 2017 Sidney Thomas prize for the best paper in art history written by an undergraduate student. Sarah received the award for her paper titled, “Diana and Her Nymphs: The Mystery of Vermeer´s Early Career.” She wrote this paper in Fall 2016, for her course, “Vermeer and His Contemporaries” (HOA 500) taught by prof Wayne Franits.
