Hey y'all, I'm Alex Dacanay, a freshman from Abilene, TX! Pursuing a double major in Anthropology & Linguistic Studies with a minor in Museum Studies, my goal is to become a museum conservator at a leading research institution or museum. In addition to being a Maxwell Ambassador, I'm active on campus through the STEM sorority Alpha Omega Epsilon, and organizations such as Camp Kesem, Orientation Leaders, and the Filipino Student Association. I also volunteer in the Archaeology Lab and work as a student assistant in the First Year Seminar office.
