Professor Matthieu van der Meer’s "Sex and Power before 1700 CE" class was featured in a recent Daily Orange article, though it should be noted the class is housed within the College of Arts and Sciences. The class, LIT/HUM 200, is a co-taught interdisciplinary course featuring multiple professors from different disciplines in the College of Arts and Sciences and Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs including the departments of:
- languages, literatures and linguistics,
- art and music histories,
- history,
- religion, and
- anthropology.
