Enjoy a new post in the From the Archives series where we dive into the Everson's (formerly known as the Syracuse Museum of Fine Arts) historic move into its past James Street location during the 1930s.

Grace tells us about writing this From the Archives post: “Researching for this blog post was like a treasure hunt to piece the story together. It was really interesting to see what a force the director Anna Wetherill Olmsted was at the time.”

According to AMH alum and Everson curatorial assistant Steffi Chappell (M.A. ’15), “Curatorial interns, many of them undergraduate and graduate students in the Department of Art & Music Histories, play an integral role in writing [Everson Museum] posts.”
