Greetings! I'm Rishita, an international freshman hailing from India and currently pursuing a dual enrollment at the College of Engineering for Biomedical Engineering and the College of Arts and Sciences for Chemistry, all thanks to the Coronat Scholarship program. Beyond academics, I'm deeply involved in campus life, serving as the Secretary of the Biomedical Informatics Club and the Mentorship Program Chair within the Biomedical Engineering Society.

My passion for research ignited early on, leading me to dive into projects at the Bioinspired Institute since my first semester. I've been honored with prestigious awards like the SOURCE Fellowship and the Emerging Research Fellowship for my contributions.
