At California State University, Northridge, Stephanie was a part of the inaugural class of Graduate Equity Fellows, a Teaching Associate, and a Supplemental Instructor in the Department of English. Her research interests include growth mindset-inspired pedagogy studies and cultural diversity rhetoric developing an intellectual foundation for understanding the multifaceted dimensions of the minority experience in the United States.
