The Department of Women’s and Gender Studies (WGS) faculty have chosen Rhiana Perez's paper, “Transfronterizx Street Art and Community Archival Practices from Palestine to Mexico: Faithful Witnessing Along these Border(ed) Lands,” as the winner of the 2026 Toni Taverone Graduate Paper Prize. She will be honored at the WGS Graduation and Awards Reception on Wednesday, May 6 from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. in 319 Sims Hall.
