Mallory Hennigar (Ph.D. Student) has been awarded an American Institute of Indian Studies Junior Research Fellowship for the 2017-18 year to pursue her dissertation fieldwork. Her research focuses on transnational influences of rising middle class Dalits' practice of Buddhism in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
