Sean Grogan is a communications specialist for the College of Arts and Sciences with a background in journalism and content marketing. A graduate of SUNY Oswego, Sean served as a content writer for a medical device manufacturer where he provided all copy needs — from marketing collateral to blog posts, case studies and white papers. Previously, he worked as a sports reporter and editor at several local newspapers and online publications, including at the Cecil Whig in Elkton, Maryland, where he spent five years as a beat writer covering the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens.

Sean and his wife recently returned to his native Syracuse and welcomed their first child.
