Paige received a B.A. in Religion and Chemistry from Texas Christian University in 2019, and an M.A. from the University of Chicago Divinity School in 2021.

Her research focuses on Christianity in late antiquity, and her interests include: martyrdom, asceticism, hagiography, gender and sexuality, and the body.
