Kathryn Spencer ’20, a dual major in chemistry and forensic science, and Lindsay Moon ’18, an Earth sciences alumna, spent last fall sailing the world’s oceans aboard tall ships. As participants of the Sea Education Association (SEA), Spencer sailed along the New Zealand coast, exploring the environmental and cultural influences on its islands.
