Kim Fudge Joins A&S as Assistant Director of Graduate Recruitment

The College of Arts and Sciences Office of Admissions is pleased to welcome Kim Fudge ‘93, G’94, as the new assistant director of graduate recruitment. In this role, Fudge will lead strategic efforts to attract and engage prospective graduate students for the newly added Department of Human Development and Family Science (HDFS).
Working in close collaboration with academic departments, faculty, college leadership and Syracuse University’s Graduate School, Fudge will help shape and implement initiatives that support the College’s graduate enrollment goals.
“We’re thrilled to have Kim join the A&S admissions team,” says Christopher Anderson, A&S assistant dean for admissions and enrollment. “She brings valuable expertise and a deep understanding of recruitment strategy. Her leadership and insight will be instrumental as we continue to grow our graduate programs.”
Fudge, an alum of Syracuse University’s School of Social Work, comes to A&S from Falk College, where she served as assistant director of graduate recruitment. There, she developed targeted outreach strategies and cultivated partnerships that introduced more students to Falk. Her professional background also includes experience in student services and event coordination, underscoring her commitment to fostering supportive academic communities that are welcoming to all.
“I’m excited to join such a dynamic and respected team,” says Fudge. “It’s a privilege to help connect future scholars and professionals with the exceptional opportunities available through the College of Arts and Sciences. I look forward to working alongside faculty and staff to help more students find themselves at A&S for their graduate studies.”
Born and raised in Syracuse, Fudge enjoys spending time with her family and her dog Luna. In her free time, she loves to travel and explore new places.
