Early Career Research (ECR) in Neuroscience Seminar Series hosted by the Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program at Syracuse University

What is the purpose?

This virtual seminar series aims to feature traditionally underrepresented neuroscientists at early career stages, who are actively conducting exciting work in fields relevant to the Interdisciplinary Neuroscience Program at Syracuse University. In addition, speakers will have the opportunity to virtually meet with faculty affiliated with the Neuroscience Program in order to network.

Who can present?

The series will primarily feature postdoctoral fellows and early tenure-track faculty.

How do nominations work?

To nominate yourself or others to speak, please email Dr. Jen Cook at jcook08@syr.edu with the nominee’s CV and a description of their research. She will contact the nominee for further information.

When and where will these take place?

These seminars are virtually held on Zoom, on Thursdays between 12:00-1:00pm. Announcements of seminar dates and links to the talk will be emailed to the Neuroscience program listservs and posted to the events calendar.
