Congratulations to Art History minor Mackenzie Allen (B.A. '20) for being admitted to the MA program at the Sotheby's Institute of Art in NYC. In Mackenzie's words, "I am a graduating senior here at Syracuse University. Although my final months on campus were sadly cut short due to the devastating COVID-19 epidemic, I will always cherish the friendships that I've made coupled with the world class education I've received. I particularly enjoyed my time and experiences within the Art History Department so much so that I have applied and been accepted into The Sotheby's Institute of Art's Graduate Program. I am thrilled to continue my education and pursue my long-time dream of having a career in the contemporary arts. I am excited to relocate to New York City this fall in order to embark on the next steps of my educational career but rest assured, I will never be too far from my second home. Thank you Syracuse, for all that you've done for me."
