Sara Ann Swenson (PhD student) has been awarded the 2015 Mary Hatch Marshall Award for the best essay written by a SU graduate student in the humanities.  Her essay, “Subject to God:  Ecumenical Monasticism and the Making of the Shared Self,” was written for Prof. Gareth Fisher.
