Psychology Professor Shares Expertise on Sleep and Health

Katie Kidwell, assistant professor of psychology in Syracuse University’s College of Arts and Sciences, was featured as a guest on PBS’ Cycle of Health. In an episode titled “Lack of Sleep and How to Fix It,” Kidwell discussed the critical role sleep plays in overall well-being and how it influences other important health behaviors.

Drawing on her expertise in clinical psychology and health behavior research, Kidwell explained the connections between sleep, mental health and physical health, while offering insights into ways individuals can improve their sleep habits.
