Prof Romita Ray has won a 'Cuse Grant for an interdisciplinary landscape studies faculty group she started last Fall with prof Jamie Winders, chair of the geography department. The $10K grant spread over 2 years will enable faculty from our department, English, Geography, Transmedia, Literature, Languages, and Linguistics, Architecture, and SUNY ESF to immerse themselves in various research projects related to critiques and representations of landscapes, and to the production of landscapes.
