Hilary McCann Crowley ’91 announced the publication of her book, "The Power of Energy Medicine."

Jessica Arb Danial G’16 was awarded the Everson Medal by the Everson Museum of Art (Syracuse, NY). Danial served on its board for six years and was the first female chair since 1970 and also the youngest in the museum’s history. She also co-chaired a $17 million fundraising campaign and has helped lead initiatives to diversify museum collections. She and husband, Patrick, were lead donors for the renovation of the Everson’s education facility, The Danial Education Center.

Sarah Ledford G’16, an assistant professor of geosciences in Georgia State University’s College of Arts and Sciences, received one of its 2022 Dean’s Early Career Awards, which recognize early-career faculty who are emerging leaders in their field of research, scholarship or creative activity.

Judith Pederson G’63 received a Harbor Hero 2021 award from Save the Harbor/Save the Bay. A former coastal ecologist at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology Sea Grant college program, she was recognized for her decades of advocacy and policy development related to Boston Harbor and Massachusetts Bay.

Joanna Cohan Scherer ’63, anthropologist emerita at the Smithsonian Institution, was awarded the Lifetime Achievement Award from the Society of Visual Anthropology, part of the American Anthropological Association.
